HIIT Factory is a fitness gym that offers unlimited 30min full-body workouts, with no class times, and a trainer included for every workout. Our workouts include endurance/cardio training, isolated strength training through weights and resistance as well as body weight exercises, and we also offer kickboxing fitness exercises in our workouts. Come in anytime during the hours we are open for business and there is a workout already provided that changes every day and a trainer to help demonstrate and provide value.
From I71 & Stringtown Road, head West on Stringtown Road for 1/2 of a mile. Our business is in the Park Square Plaza with Volunteers of America Thrift Store, Sola Salon, LT Nails, and USPS.
